Gweilo began with a dream back in 2014, when a group of British mates moved to Asia and found themselves in a landscape largely dominated by mass-produced lagers.
Knowing there had to be more to beer, we set out on an independent mission to ignite a thirst for flavourful, premium brews across the region. Our goal was simple yet ambitious: to bring affordable, easy-drinking, and high-quality craft beer to the people of Hong Kong and beyond, proudly flying the flag for craft beer born in Asia.
From that very first brew, we have been on a continuous journey to redefine the essence of craft beer—what it tastes like, how it’s brewed, and where it is enjoyed.
